That’s when I decided to do something simple but powerful: design a plate that teaches portion control the Indian way. One that works with roti, sabzi, dal, chawal — the food we actually eat.

We started using the thali at home. Slowly, energy improved. Belly fat started going. Cravings reduced. We weren’t dieting, just eating right.

I didn’t expect it to work so well — but it did. Friends asked for it. Relatives wanted one. That’s how MyFitnessThali was born.
