"I created MyFitnessThali for my own family first — now it's helping families across India eat better, live lighter, and feel healthier."
I watched my loved ones — including myself — struggle with weight gain, acidity, and lifestyle diseases despite eating home-cooked Indian meals. The issue wasn’t the food. It was how much we were unknowingly eating.
That’s when I decided to do something simple but powerful: design a plate that teaches portion control the Indian way. One that works with roti, sabzi, dal, chawal — the food we actually eat.
We started using the thali at home. Slowly, energy improved. Belly fat started going. Cravings reduced. We weren’t dieting, just eating right.
I didn’t expect it to work so well — but it did. Friends asked for it. Relatives wanted one. That’s how MyFitnessThali was born.
Today, it’s helping Indians across the country eat mindfully, without guilt, without calorie counting, and without giving up the food they love.
This isn’t just a plate. It’s a small shift that leads to a lifelong habit — and I’m so proud to share it with you.
